Refund policy
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of purchase.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED with the tags intact and in saleable condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- Customers can exchange the Silver Articles bought from us at any of our showrooms for a new Silver Articles with ’appropriate price’ for the old Silver Articles.
- Silver Palace shall solely determine the ’appropriate price’ which includes the charge based on the prevailing market price of metals or stones.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
